Today I talked about To Kill a Mockingbird and its alignment wtih Tao. Lo then joined me for #36 Melissa chose #72 then Jay K joined me for #2.

I started us off today talking abotu #69 when Kathy joined me to talk about bariatric surguries and chose #26. David then came up to talk about #43 and Melissa for #41.

I kicked it all off with #45 and then Lo joined me for #17. Meissa cam up for #42 and Mark picked a random #24. Jay K then came up to bring us back to #45 and round off the day.

What a great day with Cici kicking us off with #5 Shelly write in asking for a number and getting #6. Melissa chose #18 and Chris Preble joined me for the first time and selected #59.

What a great day! I have been dropped by Noom as an "Expert Voice" but the community that benifits from my show has shown great support and I want to thank all of them for showing me that what I am doing is valuable. I had Julie pick #45, Susan #28, Malissa #62, Tammara #11, and Jay K #22.
